This plugin shows you the top commentators for a specified period of time.
The list of top commentators is shown on the homepage and If you manage to come into the list then you will get backlinks from every page of the blog and hence helps you build lots of backlinks easily.

Hi Karan, are you speaking about “dofollow” blogs or the blogs to be followed ? Most of the blog you have listed above are no-follow in terms of SEO. For excample Daily blog tips is a no-follow blog and no top commentator plugin installed, but certainly you will get good traffic from those blogs.
Dude I just checked the commentators anchored links for ref=”nofollow” and @ the time I created this list..
I believe that it was using that plugin..
A new list will be posted soon after the next PR update.
Well i think a majority of these blogs are not using the no follow tag so it is worth commenting on these blogs

I have a question though: will not having the top commentators widget be considered by search engines as link spamming (Baiting) as the link will appear at thousands of pages of an old blog (Like for example Problogger and JohnChow). I have also read at Google webmasters blog that “It is recommended that most of the links on your blog should be maintained as No-Follow”. I am confused……
Dude, if you keep it limited to 5-6 top commentators believe me, its not gonna affect your rankings.
but if you sill find it fishy, just add nofollow to the list.

Most of the listed websites dont have the top commentators widget now….they have removed it i think
Do follow backlinks are those who pass some link juice and link value to our website.Do follow backlinks are so much important to get high rank on any keyword.To find do follow blogs is not a easy task.I am very thankful to you to share such a great do follow blog list with us.I hope this blog list help us to make some do follow backlinks for our website and no body try to do spam there.

Thanks a lot i was seaching for sites which has both top commentators and a do follow setup. you have to also find sites which give gifts to top commentators by giving banners in there sites or 5 to 10$
